1. Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare and personal care products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered and opened.
However, we do accept returns (for refund or replacement) only in the following cases:
✔ The product is damaged or defective on delivery.
✔ You received a wrong or incorrect product.
To be eligible for return:
The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue.
(If you do not contact us in this timeframe, the return request may not be accepted.)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Order ID
Clear photos of the outer packaging and the product issue
Delivery details
Our team will review and verify your request.
If approved, we will guide you on the next steps for returning the product.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Replacements
If a replacement is approved:
We will ship the correct or non-defective product at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).
If the replacement is not available, you may choose a refund instead.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Used or opened products (seal broken)
Change of mind / personal preferences
Items without original packaging or tags
Products purchased during special sale campaigns unless stated otherwise
